How do I book a class?
You can book classes directly through our website, mobile app, or by calling the front desk. We recommend booking in advance as classes fill up quickly, especially during peak hours.
What should I bring to class?
Please bring a water bottle, towel, and wear appropriate workout attire and shoes. All other equipment will be provided, though you're welcome to bring your own gloves or lifting belt if preferred.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
We understand that plans change. Please cancel at least 4 hours before the class start time to avoid a late cancellation fee. You can cancel through the app, website, or by calling us.
Are classes included in my membership?
Most group classes are included in our standard membership. Specialty classes and workshops may have an additional fee. Please check the class description or contact us for specific information.
